Not quite the right fit? No problem. UK returns are free, and it only takes a couple of minutes.
How it works
- Have your order number and email ready. You'll find both in your order confirmation email.
- Request your return through our Returns Portal within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Get your free Royal Mail label. Print it, or just show the QR code at any Post Office or Royal Mail drop off point.
- Send it back within 14 days of requesting your return, and keep your proof of postage.
Before you send it back
- Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with the return tag still attached.
- Please make sure they're clean and free from dog hair, marks and odours.
- Received something faulty, damaged or incorrect? Use the Returns Portal and we'll sort it straight away.
Once we've received and checked your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method, usually within 14 working days.
