WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for more information.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We process orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please email hello@withpippa.co.uk as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
Yes. UK returns are free within 14 days. Start your return through our Returns Portal and we'll send you a prepaid label.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Not yet. If you'd like a different size, return the original for a free refund and place a new order. It's the quickest way to get the right fit.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Use our Returns Portal with your order number and email. You'll get a prepaid Royal Mail label to print or show as a QR code at a drop-off point.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
Please email hello@withpippa.co.uk with your order number and photos of the item, and we'll get it sorted.
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?
Each style has its own size chart on the product page and on our Size Guide. Measure your dog's chest and back length before ordering. Chest is the one that matters. If you're between sizes, size up.
Please don't choose a size based only on your dog's breed or their usual clothing size. Our three styles run differently.
